The Curiosity Case began with Clare Greenwood’s original face-to-face reminiscence sessions, bringing nostalgic objects, music, stories and conversation to older people in care homes and community settings.
Now, with TCC TV (The Curiosity Case Television ) Clare’s unique way of bringing the past to life can be enjoyed wherever you are — by older people, families, carers and care homes.
The Curiosity Case began with Clare taking her beautiful vintage suitcase packed with a collection of photos and curios into care settings in her local area of East Dorset. With her unique style of presentation, full of stories and nostalgic music, she created opportunities to chat, laugh and share memories together.
Over the years, Clare’s face-to-face reminiscence sessions have brought the past to life for hundreds of older people.
TCC TV, her online version of The Curiosity Case, grew from that experience. It captures the same spirit of curiosity, nostalgia and conversation in a new format, making The Curiosity Case experience available to many more people.
